Spot Admission Process: B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), Academic Year 2026-27

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Dr. Rajendra Prasad National Law University invites applications for vacant seats, supernumerary seats (for Wards of Kashmiri Migrants / Kashmiri Pandits / Kashmiri Hindu families [Non-Migrants]), and any vacancies that may arise in future, in the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) programme through Spot Admission.
2. A notification regarding the same, including admission categories and important dates, is available at: Spot Admission Notification 2026–27
3. The Spot Admission process for the above-mentioned categories is open only for candidates who appeared in the CLAT 2026 examination.
4. Candidates are advised to read University’s brochure carefully for the details of the programme including admission fees and hostel fees of the University (www.rpnlup.ac.in/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/RPNLUP-Brochure-2026.pdf )   
5. Candidates seeking admission against the vacant seats and supernumerary seats must apply using the registration link provided below.

6. The Google registration form for Spot Admission will remain active till 05:00 PM, 15^th June, 2026.

7. Only registered candidates will be invited for the spot admission.
8. All the registered candidates will be called on a notified date (can be issued category-wise) to appear in person for the spot admission process. A merit-based list (as per the rank in CLAT 2026) of all the candidates present on the notified day will be prepared and published. If any seat becomes vacant in future, the University will contact the eligible candidate(s) (from the specific category) from the same published list accordingly.
9. Candidates who register for spot admission but fail to appear on the date notified for their physical presence will forfeit their opportunity for spot admission. The University will not be held responsible for such cases

ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED (and a set of Self-Attested Copy the same):

1. Class X Mark Sheet/Certificate* indicating the candidate’s name, date of birth, and parents’ names. The name must match the one on the CLAT 2026 Admit Card and Scorecard.
2. Class XII Marksheet* in the candidate’s name.
3. Recent passport-size colour photograph*.
4. CLAT 2026 Admit Card*.
5. CLAT 2026 Scorecard*.
6. Relevant certificate*, if applicable (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwD/DFF/CDP) issued by a competent authority of Uttar Pradesh. The OBC-NCL/EWS certificate must be issued after 1^st June, 2025.
7. Character Certificate from the last institution attended or issued by a gazetted officer, dated not older than six months at the time of verification.
8. Transfer Certificate / Migration Certificate from the last institution attended.
9. Any one of the following identification documents*:
   1. ADHAAR Card
   1. Passport
   1. Voter ID
   1. Driving License
   1. Ration Card
