Process of the Spot Admission: LL.M. in Public Law (One Year), Academic Year 2025–26

Dr. Rajendra Prasad National Law University invites applications for the admission to vacant seats in the LL.M. in Public Law (One Year), programme through Spot Admission.

There are three (3) seats vacant after the CLAT Counselling Process. Category wise details of the seats are available below –

Process Involved in the Admission:

• Candidates are required to submit a registration form through the link provided below by the University

• Only those candidates who have appeared in the PG CLAT-2025 examination are eligible to register for admission under the above categories.
• Only registered candidates will be considered for the spot admission.
• Candidates will be shortlisted based on their PG CLAT-2025 All India Rank and will be called for admission under the above categories.
• Candidates are advised to read University brochure carefully for the details of the programme including admission fees and hostel fees of the University
• Candidates seeking admission against the vacant seats must apply using the registration link provided below.
• The registration portal for Spot Admission will remain active until 02:00 PM, 19th July, 2025.
• Only Registered candidates will be invited for the spot admission process in a number equals to three times of the available category-wise vacant seats.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED (Self-Attested Copies):

Candidates are requested to keep a soft/scanned of the following documents ready for upload for the spot Admissions Process:

1. Class X Certificate* indicating the candidate’s name, date of birth, and parents’ names. The name must match the one on the CLAT 2025 Admit Card and Scorecard.
2. Class XII Marksheet* in the candidate’s name.
3. Marksheet of LL.B.*
4. PG CLAT 2025 Admit Card*.
5. PG CLAT 2025 Scorecard*.
6. Caste Certificate* (SC/ST/OBC-NCL) issued by a competent authority of Uttar Pradesh. The OBC-NCL certificate must be issued after 1^st June, 2024.
7. Domicile Certificate* issued by a competent authority of Uttar Pradesh.
8. Character Certificate from the last institution attended or issued by a gazetted officer, dated within the past six months.
9. Transfer Certificate / Migration Certificate from the last institution attended.
